Kettle bells are great for functional fitness, they are currently all the rage but will not be a fad because they really do work. I have been using them to develop fighters' fitness and strength for a number of years and would like to give our members the opportunity to reap the same benefits. Below are a few instructional videos to show a couple of exercises, the clean and press and the snatch. I recommend you do only 5 reps each side and just keep it going for maybe 10 to 20 minutes to begin with taking minimum rest. This is not only great for cardio, which means fat burning but it is also great for functional strength.
