We have followed the government guidelines and adapted our gym space, our timetable, and our booking system to ensure that the gym is a safe environment for you to work out in. Due to this, there will be some significant changes to the way that you train.
Our opening hours are now:
Mon – Thur 9:30am – 9pm
Fri 6.30am – 9pm
Sat 8am – 12pm
Sun 8am – 12:30pm
There is a new class timetable which will include: spin, circuits, yoga, and Thai/boxing circuits. For your safety, the gym has been split up into zones with a maximum number of people allowed in each space at one time. In the studio’s, we have clearly marked out ‘workout stations’ which are all 2-2.5m distance apart. All the studio’s will be well ventilated with fresh air and fans.
You will need to book online through the website to join a class and this will be on a first come, first served basis.

If you are unable to attend your class or gym session, please cancel ASAP to give other people the opportunity. We will be monitoring this very strictly.
Please do not share boxing gloves or personal equipment with other members during this time.
Please come in your gym kit, ready to train as the changing facilities will not be in use.
Please ensure you are always maintaining good hygiene by cleaning and sanitising your hands (there are several hand sanitising machines across the gym), wiping down your equipment with the sprays always provided and keeping your distance.
If you or someone in your household has tested positive for Covid-19 or you feel unwell with any of the symptoms for Covid-19, please stay home.
